This policy explains how requests for refunds are handled for RakuMatch AI subscriptions.
1. Free trial
The first 7 days are free after you provide a valid payment method. Cancel before the trial ends and no subscription fee is charged. Unless you cancel, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown at checkout.
2. Subscription payments
Subscription charges are shown before payment. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at checkout, payments already made for a billing period are not automatically refundable.
3. Billing errors and exceptional circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a service issue that prevented reasonable use, or have a request required by applicable law, contact us promptly with your account email, payment date, and a short description. We will review the request fairly.
4. How to request help
Email hello@rakumatch-ai.com. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
