These Terms govern the use of RakuMatch AI, provided by RakuMatch AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
RakuMatch AI helps users organise property and contact information, identify possible matches, and prepare message drafts. Match results, AI outputs, and drafts are assistance only. They are not guarantees, professional advice, or instructions to contact a person.
2. Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate account information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your users and for the information entered into your workspace.
3. Your data and communications
You confirm that you have the necessary authority and lawful basis to enter, store, analyse, and contact people using data handled through the service. You must not use the service for unsolicited, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful communications. You remain responsible for every message you send.
4. Trial and payment
The initial trial is available for 7 days after you provide a valid payment method. If you cancel before the trial ends, no subscription fee is charged. Unless you cancel, the subscription begins at the price and billing interval shown at checkout when the trial ends. You can manage cancellation through the billing portal.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, violate another person's rights, or use it to process data you are not authorised to use.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development. We will provide notice where reasonably practical.
